通过对比不同磷、氟含量磷石膏以及外加磷、氟的方式探讨了其对水泥凝结时间的影响。结果表明,磷石膏造成过度缓凝主要是由可溶性磷、氟造成的,微量的可溶性磷和氟即可引起较长时间的缓凝,难溶性磷、氟对水泥的凝结时间影响较小。采用碱中和的方法并不能消除磷石膏中共晶磷的影响,此外,不同石膏本身性质的差异也是造成水泥凝结时间不同的关键因素之一。
By comparing the different phosphorus, fluorine content of gypsum and phosphorus, fluorine way to explore its impact on the setting time of cement. The results showed that excessive retardation caused by phosphogypsum was mainly caused by soluble phosphorus and fluorine. Trace amounts of soluble phosphorus and fluoride could cause retarding for a long time, while insoluble phosphorus and fluoride had little effect on the setting time of cement. The method of alkali neutralization can not eliminate the influence of eutectic phosphorus in phosphogypsum. In addition, the difference of the nature of different gypsum is also one of the key factors that cause the different setting time of cement.
