目的探讨中医辩证治疗对单纯性肥胖儿童血脂及早期动脉粥样病变的影响及疗效。方法 72例6~14岁单纯性肥胖儿童按就诊顺序随机分为两组,治疗组37例,应用中药辩证施治结合运动治疗;对照组35例仅给予运动治疗。疗程均为3个月,治疗前后均应用多普勒超声检测肱动脉血流介导的内皮依赖性扩张功能,测定反映粥样硬化危险性的血浆同型半胱氨酸的含量,用生化分析法检测全套血脂进行比较。结果治疗组患儿肱动脉血流介导的内皮依赖性扩张功能变化明显优于对照组(P<0.01),血脂治疗组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-ch)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)明显低于对照组(P<0.01);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-ch)、载脂蛋白A(apoA)差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论中医辩证治疗能有效的改善单纯性肥胖儿童血脂变化,并能减缓早期动脉粥样病变的进展。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on diabetics and early atherosclerosis in children with simple obesity. Methods Seventy-two simple obese children aged 6-14 years were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment. The treatment group (37 cases) was treated with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy combined with exercise therapy. The control group (35 cases) was only treated with exercise therapy. The course of treatment was 3 months. Doppler ultrasound was used to detect the endothelium-dependent dilatation of brachial artery blood flow before and after treatment. The content of plasma homocysteine, which reflects the risk of atherosclerosis, was determined by biochemical analysis Test the full set of blood lipids for comparison. Results The changes of endothelium-dependent dilatation mediated by brachial artery blood flow in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group (P <0.01). The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol LDL-ch and apoB were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). There were no significant differences in the levels of HDL-ch and apolipoprotein A (P> 0.05) ). Conclusion TCM dialectical treatment can effectively improve the changes of blood lipid in simple obesity children, and can slow the progress of early atherosclerosis.
