[目的]建立240 g/L螺螨酯SC对二斑叶螨敏感种群的毒力基线,为抗性预测和监测提供依据。[方法]采用浸叶碟法和叶片残毒法,就240 g/L螺螨酯SC对二斑叶螨不同虫态进行毒力测定。[结果]240 g/L螺螨酯SC对二斑叶螨卵和幼螨的LC50值分别为3.188 6、15.125 2 mg/L(制剂用量),对被处理雌成螨所产下卵的LC50值为13.249 5 mg/L(制剂用量)。[结论]该药剂对二斑叶螨卵的毒性高于幼螨,对雌成螨的生殖力具有明显的抑制作用。
[Objective] To establish a baseline of virulence of spirodiclofextrose (240 g / L) to susceptible populations of Tetranychus urticae and provide basis for prediction and monitoring of resistance. [Method] The leaf toxicity and leaf residue method were used to test the virulence of different spider mite Tetranychus urticae mites on 240 g / L spirodiclofen SC. [Result] The LC50 values of 240 g / L spirodiclofen SC against two-spotted spider mite eggs and larvae were 3.188 6 and 15.125 2 mg / L, respectively. The LC50 Value of 13.249 5 mg / L (dosage). [Conclusion] The agent was more toxic to the eggs of two-spotted spider mite than the young mite, and had a significant inhibitory effect on the fecundity of adult mites.
