新疆土壤含硼比较丰富.据取样测定,昌吉县耕地(0—20厘米土层,下同)全硼平均含量达90ppm,鄯善县耕地则达78ppm,比世界土壤平均全硼含量10ppm和全国土壤平均全硼含量64ppm都高.新疆耕地为石灰性土壤,pH值7.2—8 0,硼多与钙化合成不溶于水的偏硼酸钙而降低其有效性.即使如此,新疆土壤水溶性硼含量也不低,如昌吉县耕地中水溶性硼含量达2.12ppm,占全硼的2,36%;鄯善县耕地为1.16ppm,占全硼的1.49%.新疆第二次土壤普查资料也表
