目的:探究安全进食监测单在老年痴呆轻中度吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年9月至2015年9月在我院接受治疗的72例老年痴呆轻中度吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组和研究组,各36例。给予对照组患者常规的护理方式,给予研究患者常规护理方式的基础上,参照安全进食检测单的要求对于患者的饮食进行护理,并观察两组患者安全进食情况。结果在对患者进行护理的一个月之内,对照组患者出现饮食意外事件发生率为25.00%,研究组患者出现饮食意外事件的发生率为5.56%。与对照组相比,研究组患者出现饮食意外事件的发生率明显较低,数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全进食检测单在老年痴呆轻中度吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果较佳,值得推广应用。“,”objective to explore the safety monitoring in dementia patients with mild-to-moderate swallowing disorder alone eating the application effect.
