目的探讨 2型糖尿病骨代谢的变化。方法测定 60例 2型糖尿病患者及 5 0例健康对照者血尿中钙、磷、镁及血甲状旁腺激素( PTH)、降钙素 ( CT)、碱性磷酸酶 ( AL P)、2 5 -羟维生素 D3( 2 5 -( OH) D3)、2 4小时尿糖。结果 2型糖尿病患者尿钙、镁排泄量显著高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,血 PTH显著高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1) ,CT水平明显降低 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 2型糖尿病患者有明显钙、镁代谢异常和继发性 PTH、CT改变 ,是造成骨质疏松的主要原因
Objective To investigate the changes of bone metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods The levels of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and parathyroid hormone (PTH), calcitonin (CT) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 50 healthy controls were measured. - Hydroxyvitamin D3 (25 - (OH) D3), 24 hours of urine sugar. Results The excretion of urinary calcium and magnesium in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The blood PTH level was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). The CT level was significantly lower (P <0. 0 1). Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes have obvious changes of calcium and magnesium metabolism and secondary changes of PTH and CT, which are the main causes of osteoporosis
