人力资源专业是一门集理论与实践为一体的课程,该课程的教学范围主要以围绕企业的人力资源岗位需求来开展,因此在教学方式上,更为注重学生个人能力的未来发展。在高职院校的人力资源专业教学上,大多数院校的教学方式都更为注重理论性教学,教学过程以延续传统模式为主,出现重理论轻实践的教学现象,学生的学习过程缺乏实践机会,个人能力也难以得到相应的锻炼,这对学生的未来就业道路来说必然会造成重重阻碍。项目化教学是近几年教育界所提出的新型教学方式,该教学方式能够创新传统教学方法,将各个教学内容进行合理规划,并为学生提供相应的实践平台,使高职院校人力资源的专业教学得到高效率开展。对此,为深入探讨该话题,本文对高职院校人力资源专业项目化教学展开进一步探究。
