选用耐密性不同的玉米品种郑单958和东单90,研究不同时期弱光胁迫下两个品种干物质积累分配及产量形成的差异。结果表明,郑单958在正常光照条件下产量高于东单90,弱光胁迫下产量降低幅度小。两个品种在弱光胁迫下产量和单株干物质积累量均明显降低。东单90在弱光胁迫下干物质积累总量相对较小,穗数减少,库容潜力受限制,穗粒数大幅度降低。弱光下保持较高的干物质积累总量、子粒干物质分配率以及相对稳定的穗数和穗粒数是玉米高产的关键。
The different maize varieties Zhengdan 958 and Dongdan 90 were selected to study the differences of dry matter accumulation and distribution and yield formation of two cultivars under low light stress in different periods. The results showed that the yield of Zhengdan 958 under normal light was higher than that of Dongdan 90, and the yield of Zhengdan 958 under low light stress was lower than that of Dongdan 90. The yield and dry matter accumulation of two cultivars under low light stress decreased significantly. Dongdan 90 had a relatively lower total dry matter accumulation under low light stress, reduced spike number, limited storage potential and a significant decrease in grains per ear. Maintaining high total dry matter accumulation under low light, dry matter partitioning rate of grains, and relatively stable spikes and grains per spike were the keys to high yield of maize.
