目的探讨职业性噪声对暴露人群血清肿瘤相关物质(TSGF)水平的影响。方法用杭州爱华牌AWA.6270噪声频谱分析仪按噪声作业环境噪声强度测试规范进行测定;使用比色法检测了305名噪声作业人员(观察组)及537名无职业接触人员(对照组)的血清中TSGF含量。结果车间噪声强度23个测定点,其中9个点超标;观察组与对照组的TSGF均值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论噪声接触组血清中TSGF的水平与一般人无异。
Objective To investigate the effect of occupational noise on the level of serum tumor related substances (TSGF) in exposed population. The method was tested by Hangzhou Epworth AWA.6270 noise spectrum analyzer according to the Noise Operating Environment Noise Intensity Test Specification. 305 noise workers (observation group) and 537 non-occupational exposure workers (control group) Of serum TSGF content. Results The plant noise intensity was measured at 23 sites, of which 9 were beyond the standard. There was no significant difference in mean TSGF between observation group and control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The level of TSGF in the serum of the noise-exposed group is similar to that of most people.
