我国地大物博,水资源总量大但呈现出明显的分布不均现象,加之受到洪涝灾害、水环境恶化、人口数量显著增加、工农业用水数量激增等影响,导致水资源供需矛盾逐渐凸显,想要实现水资源的可持续发展需要对水资源进行合理的评价。笔者以河北省为例,对旱情预报和地下水承载力之间的相关性进行分析,为促进水资源的保护和生态环境保护寻觅更多的良策,旨在为今后其他与此相关学科的研究奠定理论基础。
Due to flood disasters, deteriorating water environment, a significant increase in the population, and a surge in the quantity of water for agriculture and industry, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources has become increasingly prominent. Realizing the sustainable development of water resources requires a reasonable evaluation of water resources. Taking Hebei Province as an example, the author analyzes the correlation between drought forecast and groundwater carrying capacity, looking for more good strategies to promote water resources protection and ecological environment protection, and aims to lay the foundation for further research on this subject in the future Theoretical basis.
