[目的]分析河北大学卫生职业技术学院学生营养膳食状况和营养知识水平,为制定健康教育策略提供依据。[方法]将河北大学卫生职业技术学院学生按年级分层随机抽取每个年级400人,共计1200人作为调查对象,通过问卷调查了解学生一般情况、营养知识、膳食和生活习惯,采用食物频率询问法,进行食物摄入频率的调查。[结果]部分学生尤其是男生、低年级学生营养知识相对缺乏,关于营养与疾病的认识率不高,学生存在不良的膳食习惯,不吃早餐和不按时吃早餐的学生平均达到53.8%,45.1%的学生常吃油炸食品。学生奶类、鱼虾类和水果类食物摄入不足,部分学生食盐摄入过多,以上和“中国居民膳食指南”相比存在一定差距。[结论]对高校学生人群应尽早开展营养教育和营养干预工作,增强学生体质,保障学生健康。
[Objective] To analyze the nutrition, dietary status and nutrition knowledge of students in Health Vocational and Technical College of Hebei University, and provide basis for formulating health education strategies. [Methods] The students of Health Vocational and Technical College of Hebei University were randomly divided into four grades according to grade and grade. 400 students in each grade were selected randomly, a total of 1200 were investigated. Through questionnaire survey, students’ general condition, nutrition knowledge, diet and living habits were investigated. Act, the frequency of food intake survey. [Results] Some students, especially boys and junior students, lacked knowledge about nutrition, 53.8% of them did not know well about nutrition and disease, students had poor eating habits, did not eat breakfast and did not eat breakfast on time. Students milk, fish and shrimp and fruit food intake is not enough, some students salt intake too much, above and “Chinese dietary guidelines ” there is a gap. [Conclusion] Nutritional education and nutrition intervention should be carried out as early as possible for college students, enhance students’ physique and protect their health.
