《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》中指出:“要大力提倡和鼓励教师密切结合教学进行自学和互教”。本着这一精神我校历史教研组在师资建设方面做了点滴工作,现作简要介绍。“文革”以前,我校师资水平较强,历史组七位教师中有五名专业知识扎实、教学经验较丰富。十年浩劫,几位老教师在身心上受到严重摧残,有的病故,有的退休,有的因病疗养。到1980年全面恢复历史课时,原来组内教师只留下较年轻的两个人了。人手不够,怎么办?学校采取了几项措施:一是把毕业于湖南师院历史系,当时任教语文、政治的两名教师,先后归队到历史组;二是把从外地调来的一位北师大中文系毕业的老教师和一位
