目的:了解羟基磷灰石眶内植入物血管化过程。方法:应用核素闪烁扫描对17只兔眼实验性眶内羟基磷灰石植入术后和22例羟基磷灰石植入眼窝成形术患者植入物内血管长入状况进行检查。所得感兴趣区放射性平均计数比值,应用负指数饱和增长模型公式统计。结果:17只实验兔眶内直径10mm羟基磷灰石植入物术后检测数据行统计分析为6周完全血管化。22例患者眶内直径21mm羟基磷灰石植入物术后检测数据行统计分析为14周完全血管化。结论:羟基磷灰石植入眼窝成形术后14周内可完成植入物血管化的全过程;核素闪烁扫描检查技术可用于临床观察眶内羟基磷灰石植入物的血管化程度和过程。
Objective: To understand the vascularization process of hydroxyapatite orbital implant. Methods: Radionuclide scintigraphy was used to examine the status of vascular ingrowth in 17 rabbits eyes after intraorbital hydroxyapatite implantation and in 22 patients undergoing hydroxyapatite implantation orbital implantation. The region of interest average radioactive count ratio, the negative exponential saturation growth model formula statistics. Results: The postoperative data of 17 rabbits with orbital diameter of 10 mm hydroxyapatite were statistically analyzed as complete vascularization for 6 weeks. 22 patients with orbital diameter of 21mm hydroxyapatite implant postoperative data were statistically analyzed for 14 weeks of complete vascularization. Conclusion: The entire process of implant vascularization can be achieved within 14 weeks after hydroxyapatite implantation orbital implantation. The scintigraphic scanning technique can be used to observe the degree of vascularization of orbital hydroxyapatite implants and process.
