利用基因工程技术将外源CMV-CP和Sat-RNA基因,同时导入NC89获得的抗黄瓜花叶病NC89-B品系,经田间鉴定,其病株率和病情指数明显低于对照NC89,既保持了原NC89品种特征特性,又具有高抗黄瓜花叶病性状。
The NC89-B lines resistant to cucumber mosaic disease induced by exogenous CMV-CP and Sat-RNA genes by genetic engineering were identified by field test. The diseased plants’ disease rate and disease index were significantly lower than that of NC89 The characteristics of the original NC89 varieties characteristics, but also has high resistance to cucumber mosaic disease.
