本项目为在原设计基础上进行重新设计,设计过程中通过设置防震缝减少了与塔楼相连的裙房区域,从而降低了底部裙房楼层的扭转效应。通过与建筑协调采取外框柱贴外墙布置,减小了外框柱受荷面积,增大了抗侧力构件的平面宽度,增强了外框架的抗倾覆能力。通过楼层的合理设置与层高调整使得结构上下层刚度相对均匀,避免侧向刚度比不规则。采用小角度斜柱实现上部立面的较小收进。重新设计与原设计相比,结构布置更为合理,避免了扭转不规则和侧向刚度不规则,且经济效益也大大提高。
In order to reduce the torsional effect of the bottom podium floor, the project was designed on the basis of the original design.
