为研究不同地区发展甜高粱乙醇的能量和经济盈亏问题,选取中国黑龙江东部、新疆中部、山东北部和海南4个典型地区的甜高粱液态发酵制乙醇生产系统建立模型,设定不同的副产物利用情景,以生命周期分析方法计算并比较了乙醇在全生命周期内能量和价值的投入和产出。研究结果表明:1)原料的农田产量是影响能量和价值产投比的主要因素;2)副产物联产利用可以提高能量效率和经济效益;3)同美国玉米乙醇相比,中国甜高粱乙醇在能量效率和经济效益方面表现相当、具备可行性。
In order to study the energy and economic profit and loss of developing sweet sorghum ethanol in different regions, a model of ethanol production by liquid fermentation of sweet sorghum in four typical areas of eastern Heilongjiang, central Xinjiang, northern Shandong and Hainan was selected to establish different models of by-products Scenarios, life cycle analysis methods to calculate and compare the energy and value of ethanol in the life cycle of input and output. The results show that: 1) the farmland yield of raw materials is the main factor that affects the ratio of energy and value to output; 2) the by-product co-utilization can improve the energy efficiency and economic efficiency; 3) Compared with the US corn ethanol, It is feasible and energy-saving in terms of energy efficiency and economic efficiency.
