本研究采用问卷、访谈相结合的方法,以宁夏回族自治区南部山区的14所幼儿园为调查对象,对少数民族地区幼儿园教师专业发展问题进行了调查。结果显示,幼儿园教师专业发展起点偏低,专业意识不强,教育理念缺乏,教师反思缺乏深度和广度,专业发展需求强烈但教师培训不能满足其需求。针对这些问题,研究者提出了相应的建议。
In this study, a questionnaire and interviews were used to investigate the kindergarten teachers’ professional development in minority areas in 14 kindergartens in the mountainous areas of southern Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The results show that kindergarten teachers have a low starting point of professional development, lack of professional awareness, lack of educational philosophy, lack of depth and breadth of teacher reflection, strong demand for professional development but not enough teacher training to meet their needs. In response to these problems, the researchers put forward corresponding suggestions.
