运用单因子污染指数、内梅罗综合污染指数、主成分分析及目标危害商数模型,对所采集的115个蔬菜样品的Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Cd、As、Hg含量、单因子及综合污染指数、主要有毒有害成分及对人体健康的风险做出综合分析与评价.结果 表明:除个别样本Pb含量超出限量值外,其余样本的重金属含量均在限量值内;Cr单因子污染指数葱蒜类(0.30)最高,绿叶菜(0.23)次之;Cd的单因子污染指数茄果类(0.23)最高,薯芋类(0.22)次之;Pb的单因子污染指数茄果类和瓜类最高,均为0.79.茄果类综合污染指数(0.59)最高,瓜类(0.58)次之,豆类(0.07)最低.主成分分析提取了3个主要成分,其中,绿叶菜、豆类、白菜等主要有毒有害重金属成分是第1主成分(Cr和As);茄果类、薯芋类和瓜类主要有毒有害重金属成分是第3主成分(Cd和Pb).闵行区地产蔬菜重金属的健康风险主要来自有毒有害成分As和Cr,且儿童食用的健康风险远大于成人;不同种类蔬菜人体健康风险评价显示,葱蒜类最高,其次是绿叶菜、瓜类,直根类最低.
