随着人们对幼儿教育事业日益关注,对幼儿教师的要求标准也随之而提高。尤其是幼儿园虐童事件,喂药事件等问题的出现,师德沦丧、素质低下、灭绝人性等社会舆论直接对准了幼儿教师,幼儿教师面对着巨大的压力。教师的压力增加降低了教师自我效能感。提升幼儿教师自我效能感对其专业发展以及教育工作具有重要意义。
As people pay more attention to the cause of preschool education, the requirements of kindergarten teachers also increase. In particular, the emergence of such problems as child abuse incidents in kindergarten, drug-feeding incidents, etc., public morality such as moral decline, low quality and human extinction are directly targeted at kindergarten teachers and kindergarten teachers in the face of enormous pressure. Increased teacher stress reduces teacher self-efficacy. To improve Kindergarten teachers’ self-efficacy is of great importance to their professional development and education.
