普光D-1井上部陆相地层压力系数低,产层为天然气,不含硫化氢,井壁稳定情况相对较好,论证结果:普光地区上部地层适宜于空气钻井。因此,决定在该井φ314.1mm井眼(564.00—2916米井段)使用纯空气钻井技术来提高钻井机械钻速,缩短钻井周期,降低综合成本,从而加快普光气田勘探开发进程。
The pressure coefficient of the upper continental facies in Puguang D-1 is low, the natural gas is not produced in the pay zone, and the stability of the borehole wall is relatively good. The results show that the upper strata in Puguang area are suitable for air drilling. Therefore, we decided to use pure air drilling technology to increase the drilling penetration rate, shorten the drilling cycle and reduce the comprehensive cost in the φ314.1mm borehole (564.00-2916 meters) of the well, so as to speed up the exploration and development of the Puguang Gasfield.
