一、前言全面发展跳高运动员的身体素质是提高运动员成绩的基础,科学选择训练手段是提高运动成绩的关键。只有抓住这两个环节才能在训练过程中不断提高运动成绩,取得较好的训练效果。身体素质训练包括对力量、速度、耐力、灵敏和柔韧等素质进行训练,它们之间是相互制约的,实践证明忽视任何一种素质训练,都会使运动员身体素质之间发展不平衡,影响运动技术的掌握。尤其是力量素质的训练,对跳高运动员运动成绩的提高最为重要。
I. INTRODUCTION To develop all-roundly the physical quality of high jumpers is the basis of improving the performance of athletes. Scientifically selecting training methods is the key to improve the performance of jumpers. Only by seizing these two aspects can we continuously improve our performance in the training process and achieve better training results. Physical quality training includes training of qualities such as strength, speed, endurance, sensitivity and flexibility, which are mutually restrictive. Practice has proved that neglecting any kind of quality training will make the development of athletes unbalanced in physical fitness and affect sports techniques Mastery. Especially the strength of the quality of training, high jumpers improve the performance of sports is most important.
