通过室内外试验验证垂直振动成型(VVCM)试件的可靠性,对比研究VVCM方法和马歇尔方法对ATB-30沥青混合料设计的影响。结果表明:ATB-30沥青混合料VVCM试件的体积指标更接近于路面芯样,VVCM试件的力学强度与路面芯样的相关性高达94%,而马歇尔试件的相关性不足61%;与马歇尔法设计ATB-30沥青混合料相比,VVCM设计ATB-30沥青混合料节约沥青约8%,密度提高了1.6%,马歇尔稳定度、动稳定度、抗剪强度、抗拉强度分别提高了54%,39%,55%,54%,水稳定性也有所提高。
The reliability of vertical vibration molding (VVCM) specimens was verified through indoor and outdoor tests, and the influence of VVCM method and Marshall method on the design of ATB-30 asphalt mixture was studied. The results show that the volume index of VVCM specimen of ATB-30 asphalt mixture is closer to that of pavement core. The correlation between the mechanical strength of VVCM specimen and the pavement core specimen is as high as 94%, while that of Marshall specimen is less than 61%. Compared with the Marshall design ATB-30 asphalt mixture, VVCM design ATB-30 asphalt mixture saves about 8% asphalt, density increased by 1.6%, Marshall stability, dynamic stability, shear strength and tensile strength were increased 54%, 39%, 55%, 54%, water stability has also increased.
