针对球磨机运转时中空轴联接螺栓常发生断裂的实际问题,根据线弹性理论,对Φ3×11m磨机的中空轴联接螺栓进行力学分析,研究其应力分布规律,研究表明:联接螺栓在循环的交变应力作用下,强度明显不足,必然会引起断裂。研究结果为改进螺栓提供了理论基础和可靠的依据。
Aiming at the practical problem that the hollow shaft bolts often break when the ball mill is running, according to the linear elasticity theory, the mechanical analysis of the hollow shaft coupling bolt of Φ3 × 11m mill is carried out to study its stress distribution law. Under the action of stress, the strength is obviously insufficient, which will inevitably cause fracture. The results provide a theoretical basis and a reliable basis for improving the bolt.
