Objective: To observe the effects of sleep deprivation (SD) on ECG activity and related biochemical parameters during the first voyage (first flight) of the ship. Methods: Seventy-five patients were selected as initial maneuvers. Eighty-seven SD patients were selected as observation group and 97 as normal controls as control group. Two dynamic electrocardiogram and cTnI, cTnT ) And creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) indicators. The changes of time domain, frequency domain and non-linear indexes and the levels of cTnI, cTnT and CK-MB in sinus rhythm, premature rupture, ST segment, QT interval dispersion and heart rate variability were observed. Results: Compared with the control group, the systolic and diastolic velocity of the ST segment depression in MV5 lead increased and the duration of depression decreased and the CK-MB level increased in SD group (P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The first flight crew members, SD, easily lead to abnormal ECG and CKMB. SD should be eliminated as soon as possible.
