耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术应用治疗良性前列腺增生症最为广泛。笔者将1997年1月~1999年8月收治的71例报告如下:1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料:本组71例,年龄53~89岁,进行性排尿困难两年以上,其中47例有不同程度的尿潴留史,肛指检查,经直肠前列腺段超声检查及尿动力学检查确诊良性前列腺增生症,其中Ⅰ度19例,Ⅱ度37例,Ⅲ度15例。排泄性尿路造影5例中 Suprapubic transurethral prostatectomy is the most widely used treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
