目的了解乳酸、正庚酸、丙烯酸甲酯、三甲基吲哚和二甲基二硫醚5种化合物在不同浓度下对家蝇的引诱效果。方法将5种化合物用玉米粉稀释成不同浓度,然后将不同浓度的同种化合物分别放在蚊蝇诱捕盒的饵料盘中,在蚊帐内对家蝇成虫进行引诱实验。结果 0.1、1.0mg/kg的乳酸,0.1、1.0mg/kg的正庚酸,1000.0mg/kg的丙烯酸甲酯,1.0、10.0mg/kg的三甲基吲哚,10.0、100.0mg/kg的二甲基二硫醚引诱的家蝇数量比对照分别多50.0%和53.0%、210.7%和77.7%、155.1%、81.6%和139.8%、137.3%和168.7%。结论综合考虑引诱效果和化合物气味,乳酸和正庚酸可作为室内家蝇引诱剂的成分用于家蝇诱杀,丙烯酸甲酯、三甲基吲哚和二甲基二硫醚可作为室外家蝇引诱剂的成分用于家蝇防治。
Objective To investigate the effect of lactic acid, n-heptanoic acid, methyl acrylate, trimethylindole and dimethyl disulfide on house flies at different concentrations. Methods The five compounds were diluted into different concentrations with corn flour, then the different concentrations of the same compounds were respectively placed in the bait trays of mosquito trapping boxes, and the lures of housefly adults were conducted in nets. CONCLUSION: Ligand and n-heptanoate can be used as bait for housefly trapping agents in combination with lure and compound odors. Methyl acrylate, trimethylindole and dimethyl disulfide can be used as bait for indoor housefly The ingredients are used for housefly control.
