本文使用肝血流图研究注塑车间高分子化合物作业工人肝血液动力学变化。结果表明，作业组肝阻抗容积图及微分图异常率显著高于条件均衡的对照组，其特点为肝血流降低，并出现明显的低平波。分析提示，注塑车间高分子化合物作业可使机体肝血流动力学出现改变。
In this paper, we used hepatic blood flow diagram to study the changes of hepatic hemodynamics of workers in polymer injection workshop. The results showed that the operation group liver impedance volume and differential graph abnormalities significantly higher than the control group, which is characterized by hepatic blood flow decreased, and the apparent low-level wave. Analysis suggests that injection molding workshop polymer compounds can change the body’s hepatic hemodynamics.
