改变三元复合体系和油的组成 ,考察了影响体系界面张力的因素 ,分析了三元复合体系与脱气原油和模拟油间界面性质差异的原因 ,探讨了三元复合体系改性的途径和效果 .研究结果表明 ,用污水复配的三元复合体系能够与大庆脱气原油形成超低界面张力 ,但与模拟油间的界面张力稍差 ,这是由于二者化学组成差异所致 ;在三元复合体系中 ,增加碱和活性剂的质量浓度 ,它与脱气原油或模拟油间的界面张力降低 ;加入交联剂后 ,阻力因数和残余阻力因数增加 ,但界面张力略为增大 ;聚合物的质量浓度对界面张力影响不大
The factors affecting the interfacial tension of the system were investigated. The reasons for the differences in the interfacial properties between the ternary composite system and the degassed crude oil and the simulated oil were analyzed. The ways of the modification of the ternary composite system were discussed. The results show that the ternary composite system with sewage can form ultra-low interfacial tension with Daqing degassed crude oil, but the interfacial tension with simulated oil is slightly worse, which is attributed to the differences in chemical composition between the two; In the ternary system, the interfacial tension of crude oil and simulated oil decreases with the increase of the concentration of alkali and active agent. The interfacial tension of interfacial tension increases with the addition of cross-linking agent and the increase of resistance factor and residual resistance factor. The concentration of polymer has little effect on the interfacial tension
