石墨炉原子吸收法测定含盐调味品中铅时,会受到大量食盐的干扰。为此,我们根据Pd、Pt等元素能与铅形成热稳定合金和氧化钠在硝酸中能形成部分NaNO_3的原理,选用500mg/IPd—2%HNO_3溶液作基体改进剂,对味精、酱油等高盐调味品中的铅进行石墨炉直接测定的方法研究。试剂与器材(1)标准液:用99.999%的纯铅配成1mg·ml~(-1)Pb~(2+)的5%硝酸溶液,使用时配成5μg/mlPb~(2+)的标准应用液。(2)超纯硝酸分析超纯。氯化钯含钯量不少于59%。(3)基体改进剂:50mg/LPd—2%
