柔道是一种两人身体直接接触、徒手较量、竞争性非常强的体育项目,它的技术包括投技、寝技、绞技和关节技等。在柔道运动员训练、比赛中,运动损伤时有发生,阻碍了运动训练的正常进行和运动成绩的提高。因此,对柔道运动损伤进行相关的研究,对运动员健康,及其柔道技术水平的提高,都有重要的理论价值和实践意义。本研究对山西省46名现役柔道运动员进行了运动创伤调查。46名运动员中,有过运动损伤的45名,伤病率98%:查出伤病77人次,人均发病率170%。调查结果表明:以膝、腰、手、踝、肘、肩为多发部位。病因中以专项训练因素为多见,其次为身体训练、训练安排及比赛因素等,其中以专项训练过多最为多见,其次为技术失误及误伤、缺乏保护措施等。提高技术训练水平、加强训练场医务监督、重视急性损伤的处理,是减少创伤患病率的重要途径。
Judo is a direct physical contact between two people, free-hand competition, very competitive sports, its technology, including investment skills, sleep skills, twist skills and joint skills. In judo athletes training, competition, sports injuries occur from time to time, hindering the normal exercise training and sports performance improvement. Therefore, the related research on judo sports injury has important theoretical value and practical significance for the health of athletes and the improvement of judo skills. In this study, 46 active judo athletes in Shanxi Province were investigated for sports injuries. Among the 46 athletes, there were 45 sports injuries, the injury rate was 98%: 77 injuries were detected and the per capita incidence rate was 170%. Survey results show that: the knee, waist, hand, ankle, elbow, shoulder multiple sites. Among the causes, special training factors are more common, followed by physical training, training arrangements and competition factors, among which special training is the most common, followed by technical mistakes and accidental injuries, and lack of protection measures. It is an important way to reduce the prevalence of trauma to improve the level of technical training, strengthen medical supervision in training ground, and pay attention to the treatment of acute injuries.
