企业的生存与发展是永恒不变的课题。本文就国有水上燃油供应企业面对复杂的经营环境和竞争激烈的市场,尤其是在国内经济放缓、航运市场低迷时期,探讨保持企业生存发展的对策,重点提出可持续发展的措施:克服短期行为,转变发展方式,实施品牌战略,建设精干高效营销团队,加强企业文化建设,促进企业的可持续发展。
The survival and development of enterprises is an eternal topic.
