江陵凤凰山168号墓,位于湖北省江陵县凤凰山,该处为春秋战国时代墓葬地之一,1975年初由我国文物考古工作者发掘。墓中发现一具保存完整的男尸,浸泡在近10万毫升的棕色碱性(pH8.4)棺液中,棺液中含有机汞。根据出土的竹牍记载,这具古尸下葬于公元前167年,距出土2,142年。我们取其气管、肺、甲状软骨、肾、脾、甲状腺等六种器官进行了组织学和组织化学的观察,探讨这些器官的保存水平,并对保存良好的气管软骨细胞内DNA 及肾上皮残骸 DNA 做了紫外显微分光光度的测定。
Phoenix Hill, Gangneung No. 168, located in Fenghuangshan, Jiangling County, Hubei Province, is one of the tombs of the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. It was excavated by Chinese cultural relics and archeologists in early 1975. A fully preserved male body was found in the tomb, immersed in nearly 100,000 ml of brown alkaline (pH 8.4) coffin containing organic mercury. According to the unearthed bamboo cake records, this ancient corpse was buried in 167 BC, from the unearthed 2, 142 years. We took the trachea, lung, thyroid cartilage, kidney, spleen, thyroid and other six kinds of organs were observed histological and histochemical, to explore the preservation of these organs, and to keep well tracheal cartilage cells and renal epithelial wreckage DNA made UV micro-spectrophotometric determination.
