牙轮钻头工作时,轴承产生大量摩擦热使轴承温度升高,从而导致润滑脂变质、密封系统及轴承失效。目前使用的牙轮钻头,轴承中的摩擦热是通过钻头体或牙轮的金属材料向外传给井中的循环冷却泥浆,但这种方式散热效果差,经常由于轴承过热而导致轴承损坏。本文主要论述,用热管从钻头轴承中导热的钻头设计以及热管在钻头轴承中工作的实验。实验结果表明:用热管作为从轴承中导热装置比传统的导热方法更为有效,制造带热管的牙轮钻头是可行的。
Roller cone bit work, the bearing friction heat generated a large number of bearing temperature, resulting in deterioration of grease, sealing system and bearing failure. The currently used roller cone bits, the frictional heat in the bearings, is circulated through the drill bit body or cone’s metal material to the circulating cooling slurry in the well, but in this way the cooling effect is poor and bearing damage often results from bearing overheating. This paper mainly discusses the design of the drill bit which conducts heat from the bit bearing with the heat pipe and the experiment that the heat pipe works in the drill bit bearing. The experimental results show that it is more effective to use the heat pipe as the heat conduction device from the bearing than the traditional heat conduction method. It is feasible to manufacture the roller cone bit with heat pipe.
