超长结构混凝土应变实测及其工程应用

通过对粉煤灰混凝土和矿粉混凝土在超长结构混凝土中的应变监测,探讨使用两种掺合料的混凝土在试件和实体中的收缩规律,结果表明两种掺合料的混凝土试件和墙体应变发展规律相同。在相同的实体条件下,截至龄期180d,矿粉混凝土应变约170με;粉煤灰混凝土应变约110με,比矿粉混凝土小很多,证实采用单掺粉煤灰的混凝土在实体中收缩量更小。通过实践总结控制混凝土收缩的几个方法。 Through the monitoring of the strain of fly ash concrete and slag concrete in long-span concrete, the shrinkage rule of the concrete with two kinds of admixture in the test piece and the solid body is discussed. The results show that the concrete specimens of two admixtures And wall strain the same development. Under the same physical conditions, the strain of slag concrete is about 170με as of 180 days, and the strain of fly ash concrete is about 110με, which is much smaller than that of slag concrete. It is confirmed that the concrete with single-mixed fly ash shrinks less in the solid body . Several ways to control the shrinkage of concrete are summarized through practice.
