如果中国企业不能在核心技术、品牌方面有大的提升,在国际竞争中可能永远处于价值链的低端。如此,就会造成整个国家的大而不强,中国的GDP和GNP差距会越来越大。打造中国企业的核心竞争力应该首先从企业本身的产权结构入手。目前中国进入世界500强的大企业基本都是资源或政策垄断型的。从长远来看,这些企业只能代表国家本身的规模和政府对某些产业的垄断,而真正能够代表未来中国企业竞争力的还是民营企业。
If Chinese enterprises can not improve their core technologies and brands, they may always be at the low end of the value chain in international competition. In this way, the entire country will be big and not strong, and the gap between GDP and GNP in China will widen. To build the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises should start with the ownership structure of enterprises themselves. At present, most large enterprises that China has entered the world’s top 500 are monopolized by resources or policies. In the long run, these enterprises can only represent the country’s own scale and the government’s monopoly on certain industries, while the truly representative of the future competitiveness of Chinese enterprises or private enterprises.
