以对 SMV1 抗性不同的 4个大豆品种为试材 ,分析了感染 SMV1 后叶片中总酚含量、类黄酮含量及多酚氧化酶 (PPO)活性的变化。结果表明 ,接种 SMV1 后 ,在发病早期抗病品种总酚含量增加而感病品种降低 ,而在发病后期抗、感品种均降低 ;抗病品种类黄酮含量在早期和后期均增加 ,感病品种在两个时期均降低 ,在发病早期抗病品种接种株类黄酮含量明显高于感病品种 ;抗病品种接种株 PPO活性在两个时期均明显高于感病品种
Four soybean cultivars with different resistance to SMV1 were used as materials to analyze the changes of total phenolic content, flavonoid content and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity in SMV1 infected leaf. The results showed that after inoculation of SMV1, the total phenolic content of susceptible cultivars increased but the susceptible cultivars decreased at the early onset, but decreased at the late stage of disease. The flavonoid content of resistant cultivars increased at early and later stages, The content of flavonoids in the inoculated strains of the disease-resistant varieties was significantly higher than that of the susceptible varieties at the early onset; the PPO activity of the inoculated strains of resistant varieties was significantly higher than that of the susceptible varieties
