遗传性乳腺卵巢癌易感基因BRCA1,BRCA2均为经典的抑癌基因 ,其产物对细胞生长增殖起负调控作用 ,其结构和功能的异常是细胞恶变的一种重要原因。近年来的研究表明BRCA1、BRCA2等乳腺卵巢癌易感基因在遗传性乳腺卵巢癌综合征发生的过程中起重要的作用。对这些基因的深入研究将对遗传性乳腺卵巢癌综合征的发生机制的阐明、早期诊断及治疗有着重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。本文就遗传性乳腺卵巢癌易感基因的研究进展情况作一综述。
Genetic breast cancer ovarian cancer gene BRCA1, BRCA2 are classical tumor suppressor genes, their products play a negative regulatory role in cell growth and proliferation, its structural and functional abnormalities is an important cause of cell malignant transformation. In recent years, studies have shown that BRCA1, BRCA2 and other breast ovarian cancer susceptibility genes play an important role in the process of hereditary breast ovarian cancer syndrome. In-depth study of these genes will have an important theoretical and practical value for the elucidation, early diagnosis and treatment of hereditary breast ovarian cancer syndrome. This article reviews the research progress of genetic susceptibility genes in hereditary breast ovarian cancer.
