为了验证计算流体动力学仿真结果,应用先进的测量技术,参考现役主流单通道民航客机Boeing737-800的典型经济舱布局,设计、搭建了客舱环境实验平台,该实验平台拥有模拟飞机客舱空气分配的管路系统,模拟飞机环境控制系统功能的空气调节系统,以及一个5排座位的等比例模拟舱。对实验平台的测试结果表明:该客舱环境实验平台可以模拟真实飞机客舱环境。
In order to validate the computational fluid dynamics simulation results, the cabin environment experiment platform was designed and built with reference to the typical economy class layout of the current mainstream single-aisle civil aviation passenger aircraft Boeing 737-800 using advanced measurement technology. The experimental platform has the function of simulating the air distribution of the cabin Piping system, air conditioning system that simulates the function of the aircraft’s environmental control system, and a 5-seat, isometric simulation cabin. The test results of the experimental platform show that the cabin environment experiment platform can simulate the real cabin environment of the aircraft.
