目的 研究人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染对腮腺导管上皮细胞表型所产生的影响及其可能的机制。方法 用免疫组织化学方法研究腮腺巨细胞包涵体病石蜡包埋组织中巨细胞病毒立即早期抗原、广谱角蛋白、组织蛋白酶D等的表达。结果 腮腺导管上皮细胞感染HCMV后,作为上皮性标志物的角蛋白表达转为阴性,而组织蛋白酶D的表达转为强阳性。结论 HCMV感染后腮腺导管上皮细胞角蛋白丢失,其机制可能与组织蛋白酶D的表达增强有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection on the parotid duct epithelial phenotype and its possible mechanism. Methods The expression of cytomegalovirus immediate early antigen, broad-spectrum keratin, cathepsin D in paraffin-embedded paraffin-embedded tissues of parotid gland were studied by immunohistochemistry. Results After HCMV infection in parotid ductal epithelial cells, the expression of keratin as an epithelial marker turned negative while the expression of cathepsin D turned strongly positive. Conclusions The loss of cytokeratin in parotid ductal epithelial cells after HCMV infection may be related to the increased expression of cathepsin D.
