初步建立起一种提高胨冻样芽孢杆菌定植能力的驯化方法。胨冻样芽孢杆菌XDB1菌株经未灭菌的自然土壤驯化四个月后,在硅酸盐细菌分离培养基上培养3天,菌落平均直径从7.82mm增加到11.80mm,方差分析差异达到极显著水平;D4B1菌株驯化后,菌落平均直径从7.17mm增加到15.63mm,方差分析差异也达到极显著水平。实验表明胨冻样芽孢杆菌在灭菌自然土壤中繁殖能力很好,可以将灭菌土壤作为保存胨冻样芽孢杆菌的基质。
The initial establishment of a method to improve the ability of colonization of peptostreptococcus Bacillus domesticated method.
