本文对新形势下高职院校如何在以工作过程导向课程改革中对学生进行德育教育进行了探索,具体分析工作过程导向模式下高职院校德育工作面临的新问题、新挑战,在高职院校在如何进一步加强学生德育工作队伍的建设、加大工作过程导向模式下的德育课程教学改革、建立基于工作过程导向模式下学生德育教育评价体系三个方面探索了新时期高职院校德育教育改革的新途径、新方法,对新时期构建适应高职院校工作过程教学改革需要的学生德育教育体系进行有意义的探索。
