文章结合国道107线石家庄北段分离式混凝土加铺层工程实例,建立力学模型,分析了加铺层厚度与疲劳总应力的关系,结果表明:随着加铺厚度的增加,加铺层的综合疲劳应力出现一个峰值。据此提出了在选择加铺厚度时,厚度值宜比应力峰值对应的厚度大3cm以上。文章还对加铺层平面尺寸与板体疲劳总应力的关系进行分析,提出了板块的适宜长宽比,为分离式加铺层设计提供参考。
Based on the engineering practice of the split concrete overlay in the north of Shijiazhuang on the 107th national highway, a mechanical model is established to analyze the relationship between overlay thickness and total fatigue. The results show that with the increase of overlay thickness, There is a peak in fatigue stress. Accordingly, it is suggested that the thickness should be 3cm or more larger than the corresponding peak of stress when choosing the thickness of pavement. The article also analyzes the relationship between the plane dimension of the overlay and the total fatigue of the plate body, and puts forward the suitable aspect ratio of the plate, which provides a reference for the design of the separated overlay.
