“三集五大”背景下,电力物资集约化已成为电力物资管理的主要趋势。在次趋势下,对电力物资集约化管理的评价工作显得尤为重要。本文在对我国电力企业物资管理的8项核心要素进行分析后,建立了相应的评价指标体系,并结合电力物资集约化管理评价特点,选择了粗糙集和神经网络相结合的评价模型,通过实证研究,结果表明了评价模型对于解决此类问题的有效性,为“三集五大”背景下电力集约化管理综合评价工作的展开提供了一种思路,并有利于进一步推动集约化管理的推广。
