血液流变学是流变学向生物学和医学渗透所形成的一门边缘基础科学,随着医学的发展,其临床重要性愈发受到重视。现将血液流变学与临床医学的关系及应用简述如下。一、血液流变学概述物体在适当的外力作用下流动或变形的特性称为该物体的流变性。流体力学的研究对象是流动,主要是粘液性流动;变形是弹性力学的研究对象,主要研究弹性变形。流变学就是研究粘弹性体的粘液性流动和弹性变性的科学。人体的组织、器官和血液都是粘弹性体。血液流变学是研究血液无形成分(血浆、血清)的流动性和有形成分(主要是红细胞)的变形性以及血液与血管、心脏间的相互作用的一门边缘科学。二、血液流变学与微循环的关系
