Holiday heart syndrome (HHS) was first named by Ettinger in 1978 as a set of signs of acute paroxysmal arrhythmias in alcohol consumption. Often in the holidays or winter drink after drinking, it can not only occur in patients with heart disease, but also in patients without heart disease. The pathogenesis of this disease is still controversial, but alcohol caused acute heart damage (mainly mechanical function or hemodynamic and electrophysiological changes in two major) has been confirmed by many scholars. Hemodynamic studies have shown that mechanical changes in the heart of HHS are not exactly the same.
