本文分析电轴左偏资料181例,其中 LAH 组76例,可除外 LAH 的 LAD 组105例。通过比较两组区域性传导延缓发生率与电轴左偏的关系,提出以 ID_(aVL)较 ID_(V_ )的电活动延迟出现≥10~15ms,作为反映 LAH 的区域性传导延缓指标,要较传统的以 ID_(aVL)≥45~50ms 这一指标敏感,有一定的诊断意义。文中还根据 LAH 的心电向量特点及资料分析结果,讨论了 R_(aVL)≥R_I 对 LAH 的诊断价值.
In this paper, 181 cases of axial left partial data analysis, including 76 cases of LAH group, except LAH LAD group of 105 cases. By comparing the relationship between the incidence of regional conduction delay and left-axis deviation in the two groups, it is suggested that the delay of electrical activity of ID_ (aVL) versus ID_ (V_) should be ≥10 ~ 15ms, which is an indicator of regional conduction delay reflecting LAH More traditional ID_ (aVL) ≥ 45 ~ 50ms sensitive to the indicator, there is a certain diagnostic significance. In this paper, we also discuss the diagnostic value of R_ (aVL) ≥R_I for LAH according to the characteristics of ECG vector and data analysis of LAH.
