目的观察两种化学灭菌过程验证装置(PCD)在压力蒸汽灭菌批量监测中的应用效果。方法通过管腔型和敷料型两种化学PCD装置的现场监测,评估其在监测预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果方面的实际应用价值。结果两种PCD监测合格率无差别。结论管腔型PCD监测结果受抽真空深度及速率影响,但适用范围广于敷料型PCD。 Objective To observe the application effect of two kinds of chemical sterilization process verification devices (PCD) in the batch monitoring of pressure steam sterilization. Methods The on-site monitoring of two chemical PCD devices, lumen-type and dressing-type, was carried out to evaluate their practical application in monitoring the sterilization effect of pre-vacuum pressure sterilizer. Results There was no difference between the two PCD monitoring pass rates. Conclusion The results of luminal PCD monitoring are affected by the depth and rate of vacuum evacuation, but the application range is wider than that of dressing PCD.
