本文试图在解读马克思人本思想的基础上建构人性化的企业文化理念。马克思认为人是个体的人,自由的人和关系中的人。在此基础上,本文从企业与外部沟通的视角来建构人性化的企业文化理念,主张企业文化的核心价值应该体现出企业对人的关心:尊重顾客、潜在顾客群及相关利益人的尊严与个人利益、尊重人的独立性和自由意志、使人的生活更便捷、使人能够不断突破物的束缚追求更强的独立性,使人能够更体面的生活。
This paper attempts to construct a humane concept of corporate culture on the basis of Marx’s humanism. Marx believes that man is an individual, a free man, and a man in relationships. On this basis, this article constructs the humanized concept of corporate culture from the perspective of communication between enterprises and the outside, advocating that the core value of corporate culture should reflect the concern of the enterprise to human beings: respecting the dignity of customers, potential customers and related stakeholders Personal interests, respect for human independence and free will, make life easier and enable people to continually break the shackles of things in pursuit of greater independence and enable them to live a decent life.
