文物是历史发展的产物,本文对新文物保护法中制度创新进行了增加历史文化街区保护制度和完善民间文物收藏管理制度的研究,基于文物概念和对文物商业性开发利用进行立法完善研究,以期通过立法来保护文物这一见证人类文明进步的载体。
Cultural relics are the product of historical development. This paper studies the system innovation of new cultural relics protection law by adding historical and cultural block protection system and perfecting the collection and management system of folk relics. Based on the concept of cultural relics and the legislative improvement of commercial exploitation and utilization of cultural relics, Through legislation to protect cultural relics as a vehicle to witness the progress of human civilization.
