目的:分析3种前牙接触夹板对髁状突表面应力的影响,为指导临床实践提供理论基础。方法:利用下颌骨三维有限元模型,模拟3种前牙接触夹板的作用,观察髁状突表面11个区域应力变化情况。结果:髁状突前斜面及嵴顶区均为拉压应力并存,后斜面为只有压应力没有拉应力,最大拉应力位于嵴顶区中部。结论:在不同夹板的作用下,髁状突表面应力分布趋势基本相同,仅力值大小不同。其中引导下颌向后移位的前牙斜面夹板产生的应力最大,在临床应用时应特别谨慎,防止造成颞下颌关节损伤;而引导下颌前移位的前牙斜面夹板产生的应力值最小。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of three kinds of anterior contact splint on the stress of condylar surface, and provide the theoretical basis for clinical practice. Methods: The mandibular three-dimensional finite element model was used to simulate the effect of the three kinds of anterior contact splints to observe the stress changes in 11 areas of the condylar surface. Results: The pre-condylar anterior oblique and crest area both tensile and compressive stress coexist, the back-inclined surface is only compressive stress without tensile stress, the maximum tensile stress is located in the middle of crest area. Conclusion: Under the action of different splints, the distribution of stress on the condylar surface is basically the same with only different values of the force values. Including the mandibular anterior incisor displacement posterior splint stress generated the largest, in clinical application should be particularly cautious, to prevent the temporomandibular joint injury; and guide the anterior mandibular anterior displacement incline splint to produce the smallest stress.
